Empowering Moms & Changing Lives
Since 2019, we have been dedicated to supporting single mothers in Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, and Independence.
Our mission is to guide every single mom into a personal relationship with Jesus, renewing her mind through Bible study, and connecting her to a local church. We also work to build a personal relationship with each single mom seeking financial assistance by analyzing their budget and helping them get out of debt, enabling them to positively impact their families' lives.

A Deeper Relationship with Jesus.
Our primary goal is to lead single moms into a deeper relationship with Jesus. We do this through regular Bible study and prayer groups. With the support of other single moms, we provide free childcare and meals that foster discipleship and relationship-building moments.

Lilly Taylor, Founder
The single mom’s ministry was initially started by Lilly Taylor in 2019, when she founded a small group for single moms at Summit Park Church in Lees Summit, MO. Lilly’s first-hand experience as a single mom raising three children also enabled her to serve on the leadership team for The Single Moms of Kansas City under the direction of Misty Honnold. In 2023, she earned a certificate of completion for the Learning to Lead, a one-year intensive program through The Single Moms of Kansas City. After serving in a position of ministry for many years, she was recently ordained by Tom Stamman, Founder and CEO of Impact Ministries International.
Our Goal...
Our goal is to raise enough funds to support single moms and their children facing various challenges. These challenges include:

-
Late utility bills, rent, and mortgage payments more than 60 days past due
-
Uninsured medical and dental bills
-
Unexpected automobile repairs and tire replacements
-
Meals and minor home repairs
-
Transportation to and from work
-
Packing and moving assistance
-
Transportation to medical appointments
-
Clothing assistance for moms and children
-
Monthly group meetings with childcare, dinner, and Bible study
-
Emergency childcare when regular providers are unavailable or schools are closed

We aim to provide comprehensive support to address these critical needs and improve the lives of single moms and their families.
